ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are looking for a motivated and driven English Mentor Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique opportunity to own end-to-end mentor hiring both domestically and internationally. You will source, screen, and onboard English language mentors from Nepal, India and across global markets, work closely with cross-functional teams, lead campus outreach drives, and help build a world-class mentor community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage full-cycle hiring for English mentors such as job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-out.
- Lead international talent recruitment like identify, engage, and hire mentors from global markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and beyond.
- Coordinate with internal teams for structured interview processes, panel scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
- Plan and execute college visits, campus presentations, and outreach drives to attract fresh domestic talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through global job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and regional platforms.
- Map current team strength; assess headcount requirements across teams and flag gaps proactively.
- Engage at-risk mentors and work on retention initiatives in coordination with team leads.
- Manage cross-border hiring logistics time zone coordination, documentation, and onboarding support for international hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (EdTech, education, or global hiring experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written; ability to engage candidates across cultures.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, or international equivalents.
- Comfortable with international recruitment understanding of cross-border hiring norms, time zone management, and global talent pools.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
GOOD TO HAVE :
- Prior experience hiring for teaching, tutoring, coaching, or mentoring roles.
- Exposure to volume/bulk hiring or high-velocity recruitment environments.
- Working knowledge of a second language is a plus.
