Job Description
Healthy Choice Aesthetic Hospital is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support the smooth operation of the hospital pharmacy. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in medicine dispensing, inventory management, billing, and customer service while ensuring efficient pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medicines under supervision
- Manage medicine inventory, stock arrangement, and expiry monitoring
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Support patients and visitors by answering basic pharmacy-related inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy
- Receive, check, and record incoming medicine supplies
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medicines
- Coordinate with hospital departments regarding medicine requirements and stock updates
- Follow pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies
Required Qualification
- Minimum +2/Intermediate completed (Pharmacy-related education preferred)
- Pharmacy Assistant training/certification will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
