Education – Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering

Location – Kathmandu

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Handle Team grievances
  • Maintain quality control in service
  • Main job knowledge of Dent paint and Bodyshop related job who can monitor/control and execute with quality maintenance.
  • Monitoring technician as per customer complaints.
  • Selling recommended service work to each client based upon mechanics diagnosis.
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Field Technical Support.
  • Planning & Event Execution.
  • Budget plan for concerned workshop
  • MIS Generation
