Experience – Min 5 to 7 years in the same field
Education – Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
Location – Kathmandu
Salary – Negotiable
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle Team grievances
- Maintain quality control in service
- Main job knowledge of Dent paint and Bodyshop related job who can monitor/control and execute with quality maintenance.
- Monitoring technician as per customer complaints.
- Selling recommended service work to each client based upon mechanics diagnosis.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Field Technical Support.
- Planning & Event Execution.
- Budget plan for concerned workshop
- MIS Generation
