Position: Computer Service Technician

Location: Chitwan

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Service Technician to provide repair, maintenance, and technical support for Lenovo laptops and desktops. The role requires strong expertise in hardware troubleshooting, operating system installation, and basic networking support.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, battery, etc.).
Perform upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance on laptops and desktops.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux/Ubuntu).
Resolve driver, BIOS, and application-related problems.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
Provide user support for system performance and stability problems.
Maintain service records and spare parts inventory.

Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates with prior hands-on experience in laptop/desktop repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu environments.
Familiarity with drivers, BIOS settings, and peripheral devices.
Ability to troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN network issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
