Job Description
- Maintenance experience of heavy equipment’s and vehicles (Excavator, Loader, Backhoe loader, Hydra, Light vehicle, Truck, Tipper & Bulker, etc.)
- Execute daily check list of equipment’s and vehicles attend breakdowns in the shortest possible time.
- Service and maintenance record of all heavy equipment’s and vehicles.
- Optimum utilization of manpower resource & involves in planning and execution to prevent breakdown.
- Perform schedule maintenance, preventive and planned maintenance.
- Minimize cost control of the department: (focus on repairable parts, seal kit available in store/market. Check scrap parts either usable .Collect scrap parts: metallic, rubber hoses, reject lubrication etc. and transfer to plant for use or sold scrap)
- Maintain minimum spares and reduce inventory.
- Reduction of cost control.
