Job Description
Service Engineer - Atlas Copco Air Compressors
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer specializing in air compressors, located in Biratnagar. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service, and performing repairs on air compressor systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, commissioning, and startup of Atlas Copco air compressors and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults.
• Carry out repairs, overhauls, and replacement of compressor components.
• Inspect equipment performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation.
• Travel to customer locations as required for service assignments.
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical, or a related technical field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in servicing air compressors, industrial equipment, or rotating machinery.
• Experience with ELGI, IR, Kaeser or any reputed compressors will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Should be ready to travel, have valid driving license & preferably own bike
