We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dairy Plant Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of our dairy processing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dairy processing, equipment operation, and Complete CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems while ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
Role Description :
- Operate and monitor the dairy processing plant on a daily basis.
- Handle milk processing operations including pasteurization, homogenization, mixing, and packaging support.
- Perform Complete CIP of all plant equipment according to SOPs and schedules.
- Prepare and verify CIP chemicals, temperatures, concentrations, and cleaning cycles.
- Maintain hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards throughout the facility.
- Report equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, and production issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating a dairy processing plant.
- Good knowledge of dairy processing equipment and utilities.
- Hands-on experience with CIP systems and chemical handling.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in shifts when required.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
