This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer based in Kathmandu. The Front Desk Officer will handle receptionist duties, warmly greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, handling inquiries, supporting office administration tasks, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience of guests and stakeholders.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service, including managing inquiries and client interactions
- Familiarity with using Office Equipment such as phones, printers, and computers
- Knowledge of Office Administration processes and tasks
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or office management are advantageous
