Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Officer, based in Kathmandu. The Outbound Sales Officer will handle daily sales activities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, coordinating back-office operations, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role demands proactive communication to promote trekking packages and business offerings.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and fostering client relationships
Experience with Back Office Operations, such as handling documentation and maintaining sales records
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of trekking and outdoor activities in Nepal is considered a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in English; additional language skills would be advantageous
