Job Description
We’re Hiring: PhlebotomistAccura Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and field-ready Phlebotomist to join our growing team. If you are energetic, responsible, and committed to patient care and timely service, we’d like to hear from you.
Working Hours:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform blood sample collection with proper hygiene and professionalism
* Travel across Kathmandu Valley for home/sample collections
* Handle urgent/emergency sample collection requests as required
* Assist in lab operations and related tasks
* Coordinate with courier/vendors for timely sample dispatch
* Identify and resolve sample discrepancies or reporting issues
* Maintain proper documentation and communication with internal team
* Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and service quality
Requirements:
* Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
* Ability to move quickly across the valley for collections
* Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and work priority
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to handle sensitive healthcare situations professionally
* Prior experience in phlebotomy or lab work preferred
