Business Development Officer (Outbound Officer)

We are looking for an energetic and communication-friendly Business Development Officer (Outbound Officer) to promote and sell outbound travel and tour packages for international destinations. The candidate should be able to handle client inquiries, build relationships, generate sales, and coordinate with travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Outbound Travel Packages, Holiday Tours, and Travel-related services
Handle customer inquiries through phone, social media, email, and walk-ins
Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales
Build relationships with clients, corporate partners, and travel agents
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details for clients
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Tourism, or related field
6 months to 1 year of experience in travel. Tours or sales-related fields are preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of outbound travel destinations and visa processes
Ability to handle customers professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet)
Fluent in Nepali and basic English communication
