Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Outbound Travel Consultant to join our on-site team in Kathmandu. The role involves creating customized travel packages, managing travel bookings and arrangements, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The consultant will also coordinate reservations and collaborate with service providers to deliver quality travel itineraries for outbound travelers.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized travel packages
Demonstrated ability in managing Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and booking coordination
Strong skills in Customer Service and handling client inquiries effectively
Experience with Reservations systems and tools
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of global travel destinations and cultural nuances
Fluency in English and Nepalese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
