We’re searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards and seamless guest experiences throughout the hotel.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supervising daily housekeeping operations and supporting room attendants to ensure assigned areas are cleaned and maintained efficiently
- Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and cleanliness expectations
- Assisting with room status updates and coordinating with the Front Office team to ensure timely room availability
- Monitoring housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities to maintain operational readiness
- Supporting training and coaching of housekeeping colleagues to ensure service consistency and team development
- Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with the Engineering team for prompt resolution
- Ensuring adherence to hotel safety, hygiene, and responsible business practices at all times
- Diploma, vocational training, or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment, including supervisory exposure preferred
- Strong understanding of housekeeping procedures, cleanliness standards, and guest service expectations
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping systems and inventory handling preferred
- Knowledge of workplace hygiene, health, and safety standards as required by local regulations
