Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Kathmandu. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to Roadhouse standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation related to beverages and light snacks, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation. The Barista will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and deliver friendly, efficient customer service. The role also involves working closely with team members, following hygiene and safety guidelines, and supporting overall café operations during busy shifts.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Candidates should possess Barista skills, including coffee preparation and basic Food Preparation abilities.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
  • Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and providing a welcoming guest experience.
