This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner based in Kathmandu. The Owner will oversee the overall operations and strategic direction of the company, ensuring that business goals align with the organization’s mission and values. Key responsibilities include leading the development of business strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, monitoring financial performance, and driving growth initiatives. The Owner will also provide leadership to the management team and ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and operational processes

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
