ABOUT THE ROLE

Most AI features today are simply bolted onto existing software. At Prixa, we're building products where intelligence is the foundation not an add-on.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-native enterprise product from concept to scale. This is a mid-level role offering real ownership and the opportunity to work at the intersection of product, AI, engineering, and business.

Prixa is a Nepal-born technology ecosystem with over a decade of innovation, 12+ operating companies, and multiple AI-powered products already serving the market. You'll play a key role in identifying where AI can create meaningful business value and transforming those opportunities into trusted enterprise solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the complete product lifecycle: Discovery → Validation → Development → Launch → Iteration

Work directly with customers, engineers, designers, and AI teams to shape product direction.

Transform ambiguous business problems into structured experiments and measurable product decisions.

Define product success metrics before development begins and use evidence to guide decisions.

Evaluate and manage AI-specific trade-offs such as:

Accuracy vs. Latency

Cost per Task vs. Performance

Automation vs. Human Oversight

Build evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks to ensure AI systems are reliable, trustworthy, and production-ready.

Prioritize features and roadmap initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Continuously gather user feedback and iterate based on real-world outcomes.

What we are looking For?

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Approximately 3 years of experience in Product Management.

Experience working on B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, or technical software products.

Hands-on understanding of modern AI technologies and workflows.

Experience working with AI/ML-powered products, including familiarity with:

Large Language Models (LLMs)

Prompt Engineering

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Evaluation Frameworks

AI Product Limitations and Trade-offs

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable making decisions in environments with incomplete information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Customer-centric mindset combined with strong commercial awareness.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience launching AI-enabled products from concept to market.

Familiarity with data analytics and experimentation frameworks.

Experience working closely with engineering and machine learning teams.

Understanding of enterprise software purchasing and adoption processes.

Startup or high-growth product experience.
