We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Analyst with 2+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact paid campaigns for our international clients.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days Workweek)

Working Hours (Aligned with UK Client Schedule):

  • UK Winter: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Nepal Time)
  • UK Summer (Daylight Saving): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Nepal Time)

Part-Time Commitment:

  • 4.5 hours per day (Half-Day Shift)

Part-Time Shift Options:

Candidates applying for part-time roles are required to commit to one of the following shifts:

  • 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM, or
  • 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns – Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
  • Audience Research & Targeting – Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize reach and ROI
  • Campaign Optimization – Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS; implement data-driven improvements
  • Budget Management – Oversee budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and allocate resources effectively
  • Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration – Work with design/content teams, conduct A/B testing, and refine creatives
  • Reporting & Insights – Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Tracking & Analytics Implementation – Manage conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and analytics tools
  • Stay Updated on Trends – Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns for professional clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Proven expertise in targeting, segmentation, and optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate across teams
  • Basic copywriting and A/B testing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable results
