Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based out of Kathmandu for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging content for various social media platforms, managing accounts, planning and executing social media campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand identity.

Qualifications
  • Content Creation and Copywriting: Proficiency in writing, editing, and creating visually engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy: Ability to develop and execute content strategies, manage campaigns, and schedule posts to drive engagement and growth.
  • Analytics and Insights: Experience in analyzing social media metrics, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Digital Platforms Knowledge: Familiarity with various social media tools, trends, and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Creativity and Visual Content: Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, and creating visually appealing content are highly preferred.
  • Collaborative Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a valuable asset.
