Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and energetic Growth & Content Specialist to become the face and voice of our software solutions. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who is equally comfortable in front of a camera as they are behind an ad-management dashboard. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between our technical innovations and the people who use them by creating engaging content and managing digital growth campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Content Creation & On-Camera Presentation

  • Act as the lead presenter for video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) to explain software features and benefits.
  • Script and produce engaging video updates that make technical products feel accessible and exciting.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s professional yet innovative identity.


2.⁠ ⁠Social Media & Digital Ad Management

  • Own the daily posting schedule and engagement strategy across all major social media platforms.
  • Plan, set up, and optimize Ad campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to drive user acquisition.
  • Write persuasive, high-converting copy for social media posts, newsletters, and digital advertisements.


3.⁠ ⁠Strategic Growth & Communication

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns aimed at new customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Maintain active communication with our community by responding to inquiries and fostering a "live" presence on social channels.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, and conversion) to help refine the marketing strategy.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Charismatic Presenter: A natural ability to speak on camera with clarity and confidence.
  • Storyteller: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to turn "features" into "benefits."
  • Platform Expert: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and the Meta Ads Manager environment.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in both English and Nepali is essential for local and international reach.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
