Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Executive - Digital Marketing to support our digital marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital trends, content creation, social media management, and online campaign execution. This role requires strong coordination skills, creativity, and attention to detail to enhance brand engagement and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Run, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and new opportunities.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports covering posts, reels, advertisements, reach, and engagement insights.
- Manage posting schedules and ensure timely activation of social media channels.
- Assist in the conceptualization, shooting, and execution of reels and video content.
- Conduct research on innovative digital campaign ideas to improve engagement and online visibility.
- Coordinate influencer marketing activities, collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
- Support ongoing digital marketing initiatives and brand campaigns as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role preferred.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics, and content performance tracking.
- Creative mindset with good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content creation software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
