Job DescriptionOur Client, Oometo Partner is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Officer to manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta) and Google platforms while supporting basic graphic design and video editing needs. Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising – Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
- Plan, create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Set campaign objectives such as Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, and Brand Awareness
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
- Develop compelling ad copies and coordinate creatives (images/videos)
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for improved ROI and ROAS
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Paid Advertising – Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
- Set up and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and structure targeted ad groups
- Write high-performing ad copies and manage ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Optimize campaigns using both manual and automated bidding strategies
- Graphic Design (Basic Level)
- Design basic social media creatives, banners, and promotional posts
- Create ad visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms (Meta, Google Display, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
- Video Editing (Basic Level)
- Edit short-form videos for ads, reels, and social media
- Add captions, subtitles, music, and transitions
- Use tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar
- Optimize video creatives for Meta and YouTube ad platforms
- Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report key KPIs such as CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, reach, and impressions
- Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends
- Recommend new strategies and campaign ideas based on performance data
- Coordinate with content and sales teams to align marketing efforts
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display mandatory)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills for ads and CTAs
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred)
- Any additional digital marketing certification is an advantage
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Facebook and Google Ads management
- Proven ability to manage ad budgets and deliver measurable ROI/ROAS
- Experience in industries such as e-commerce, real estate, education, or services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
