Job Description
This is a full-time role for a BD Officer located in Bishalnagar, Kathmandu. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships for the company’s outsourcing services. The role involves active client outreach, proposal development, and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients handle the full tendering process, including bidding and vendor registration.
- Create sales presentations and update proposals as per company guidelines maintain and update the client database for business development activities.
- Prepare monthly business development and branding reports.
- Coordinate with teams for proper lead tracking, follow-up, and closure.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in outsourcing/BPO/IT services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with lead generation tools and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and meet targets Strong understanding of outsourcing markets is a plus.
