Job Description
Workstation: Shantichaur, Surkhet
This is a full-time, on-site position for our client, a construction and brick manufacturing company. The company is seeking a Machine Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines, maintain logs, and assist in repairs.
- Achieve production targets, supervise workers, and oversee production activities.
- Manage stock of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and proper equipment handling.
- Maintain records, track attendance of daily workers, and report to supervisors
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Trained to use hydraulic machine, heavy equipment or Fly Ash bricks machine
- Experience in operating hydraulic machines, or heavy equipment, is preferred
