Job Summary
BTL Executive at BrandLogiQ role is responsible for executing and managing on-ground marketing campaigns for multiple clients across industries. This role requires strong coordination between clients, internal creative teams, and external vendors to deliver high-impact brand experiences. The key role is bringing campaign ideas to life through seamless execution and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Coordination
- Understand and interpret client briefs for BTL campaigns and activations
- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client communication
- Share timely updates, execution plans, and post-campaign reports
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality delivery and responsiveness
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Execute BTL campaigns including activations, events, mall promotions, and roadshows
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations) for campaign rollout
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and as per brand guideline
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Vendor & Production Management
- Source and coordinate with vendors for fabrication, printing, and event setup
- Manage production timelines, quality checks, and installation
- Oversee logistics including materials, manpower, and transportation
- Ensure proper branding visibility and execution quality (POSM, setups)
On-Ground Execution
- Supervise live activations and events
- Troubleshoot real-time issues and ensure smooth execution
- Manage promoters, supervisors, and field teams
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed campaign reports (photos, videos, performance insights)
- Maintain proper documentation for each project
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future campaigns
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong client communication & relationship management
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven agency environment
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making on ground
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer engagement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency (preferred)
- Experience in BTL, events, or activations is highly desirable
Working Conditions

- Flexible hours; weekend work required during campaign execution
