Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Attendant based in Kathmandu. The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities in the resort. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, managing laundry, restocking amenities, and responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure the highest quality of service and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and Organization Skills to manage cleaning supplies and maintain overall cleanliness standards efficiently.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs and uphold a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience in offering and utilizing Training to improve and maintain high-quality housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team, maintain time management, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility in working in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a resort setting.
