Job Description
We are seeking a driven, analytical, and highly organized Business Development Associate to join our team during a pivotal growth phase. In this role, you will be the engine behind executing our GTM strategy, analyzing competitive landscapes, and working with the marketing team to craft high-level professional content.
This is a strategic role designed for a "self-starter" who thrives on autonomy. You will bridge the gap between market data and executive action, ensuring our brand maintains a credible, authoritative presence in the North American professional services sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Entry & GTM Strategy Execution
Market Mapping: Systematically identify and profile key segments within the North American market, including industry verticals that require high-trust verification services.
GTM Tactical Support: Execute the day-to-day tasks of the Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring that market entry milestones are met and adjusted based on real-time data.
Lead Intelligence: Research and build a pipeline of high-value prospects, stakeholders, and potential early adopters to prepare for the commercial launch.
2. Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Analysis
Competitor Benchmarking: Maintain a live audit of the competitive landscape, tracking shifts in competitor service models, automation capabilities, and North American market share.
Gap Analysis: Analyze market data to identify underserved needs or friction points in current international verification workflows, providing insights to refine the business model.
Executive Decision Support: Synthesize complex research into high-level briefings that translate market intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
3. Cross-Functional Growth Support
Marketing Intelligence Bridge: Partner with the marketing team by providing the technical research, competitor "weak points," and industry proof-points required to build high-authority brand messaging.
Strategic Outreach: Assist in the initial outreach to industry influencers and potential strategic partners to gather "discovery" insights and build brand awareness.
Process Management: Proactively manage the business development database and tracking tools, ensuring all pre-launch activities maintain consistent forward momentum without direct executive supervision.
