Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Sales Officer to manage and expand our retail network. This role involves handling existing retailers, onboarding new partners, ensuring timely product delivery, and managing payment collection. If you enjoy working on the ground, building relationships, and driving sales growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing retailers
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach
- Take and process orders from retailers accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to retailers
- Collect payments and maintain proper financial records
- Monitor and report retailer stock levels regularly
- Provide feedback on market trends and retailer needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, FMCG, or distribution preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license
