Role Description
The Store Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, sales operations, and customer service. This full-time role is on-site and based in Kathmandu, and involves ensuring smooth store functioning, assisting customers, maintaining stock levels, and collaborating with the sales and retail teams to drive success. Additionally, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering an excellent customer experience will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional support and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience or knowledge in Retail and Sales, with the ability to achieve operational and sales targets effectively.
  • Background in Commerce, including inventory management and basic financial practices.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Good communication (English/Nepali) and customer handling skills
