Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Pokhara. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and financial reporting to assist in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping practices
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Monitor expenses and maintain accurate financial records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assist management with financial insights and reporting
