Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can oversee and manage social media operations for multiple companies/brands simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with complete A–Z knowledge of social media management. This role requires hands-on expertise in advanced ad campaigns, lead generation, content creation, and video production that accurately represents each organization’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- TikTok
- Google Ads
- Generate high-quality leads for study abroad programs
- Monitor and optimize cost per lead (CPL), CTR, and conversion rates
- Build and manage lead funnels (Ads → Forms → CRM → Counselor follow-up)
Content Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals
- Create engaging content such as:
- Visa success stories
- Student testimonials (video/photo)
- University/course highlights
- Scholarship and visa updates
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow company accounts across major platforms
- Schedule and publish posts consistently (3–5 times per week)
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice
Campaign and Promotion:
- Promote education fairs, seminars, and webinars
- Launch time-sensitive campaigns (intake deadlines, scholarships, etc.)
- Create compelling call-to-actions to increase inquiries
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics:
- Lead volume and quality
- Engagement rate
- Conversion rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Education Counselors and Admission/Visa teams
- Align marketing strategies with student demand and market trends
- Support overall student acquisition strategy
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
Video Content Creations and News updates:
- Research and produce daily/weekly education news updates related to study abroad
- Deliver or supervise “education news bulletin” style videos
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and credibility
- Monitor performance of video content and optimize for engagement and lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Knowledge of study abroad market (UK, Australia, USA, Canada preferred)
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in education consultancy or similar industry
- Experience managing high-budget ad campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and branding
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
- Prior experience working with agencies or multi-industry brands
