Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with aQysta’s mission.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms and educational resources for farmers in Nepal with the help of the marketing team.
- Identify new digital trends to optimize online reach and engagement.
- Foster relationships with farming communities, stakeholders and customers through conducting marketing campaigns, events and workshops.
- Plan and execute campaigns on digital platforms to generate potential leads who are willing to buy agri products dealt by aQysta
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to support sales growth initiatives.
- Support in budgeting of marketing activities and utilize approved marketing budget and resources from upper management effectively.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of working experience in creating content and marketing (preferably through digital channels). Experience in sector of FMCG, agricultural crops/commodities is a plus
- Practical experience in marketing of agriculture products/crops is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali to communicate with traditional, conventional, non-conventional, and institutional buyers of harvests/crops.
- Proficient in social media handling including content creation in all major social media apps and digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photo-shop, Canva, Illustrator etc ( Hands-On knowledge of at-least two of these kind of tools is strongly preferred)
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills (interactive with preparing slides, etc.).
- Having Data Analytics Skill is a plus point.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and proactive in work approach
