Job Description
One of the leading ISPs is seeking a dedicated HR / Admin Cum Store to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated, responsible, and well-organized professional who can effectively support daily HR functions and administrative operations while ensuring smooth coordination across the office.
The role involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing inventory, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily HR and administrative operations efficiently.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff communication.
- Oversee inventory management, issue materials, and update stock registers.
- Liaise with vendors and ensure timely supply of required materials.
- Maintain accurate records and support overall office coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or store/inventory management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRM systems.
- Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and record management.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Professional communication and teamwork.
