Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kathmandu. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include leading and motivating the sales team, creating sales reports, attending industry events, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve set business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and sales report analysis
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or resort industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
