Assist in client data processing and ETL support tasks while gaining hands-on experience in workflow management, database querying, and technical troubleshooting within the assigned traineeship domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn the Client Processing workflow and ETL support tasks
- Process client data and assist the production engineer
- Understand and adhere to internal and external SLAs
- Respond to requests from multiple teams efficiently
- Compile reports and recreate/update processing documentation as needed for stakeholders
- Complete assigned tasks set by the reporting manager/mentor and provide support where required
- Recent graduates or freshers awaiting results of a B achelor's D egree in C omputer En gineering , Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrating a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases, database querying languages, Linux OS, and ETL tools
- Basic proficiency in Python programming language
