Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Om Cashmeres is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager / Textile Engineer to join our team in Kathmandu. We’re seeking someone with strong expertise in textile production, particularly in knitting and weaving, along with a keen eye for quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage quality control processes across all stages of production

Ensure products meet international standards and client requirements

Monitor knitting and weaving processes to maintain consistency and efficiency

Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary

Collaborate with production teams to improve quality and reduce defects

Maintain accurate documentation and quality reports

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in textile manufacturing or quality control

Strong knowledge of knitting and weaving techniques

Good understanding of garment measurements and sizing standards

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
