This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Credit and Collection Officer, supporting operations of a hotel located in Lakeside, Pokhara. The officer will be responsible for managing the credit approval process, monitoring receivables, handling collections, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing credit data, maintaining accurate account records, and building strong client relationships to address issues and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating creditworthiness and financial data.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
- Knowledge and experience in Finance, including credit and collections processes.
- Attention to detail and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is advantageous.
