Job DescriptionOur Client, Jiwan Tech is seeking a creative and idea-driven Marketing Assistant to support the successful launch of a new mobile application and drive user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, app growth, and executing innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for new app launches
- Develop creative campaign ideas to attract and engage new users
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Support initiatives to increase app downloads and active user base
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, content, influencer collaborations, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign execution
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Prior experience in mobile app promotion or user growth is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content marketing)
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Good analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of user acquisition and growth strategies
- Creative, proactive, and trend-aware
- Passionate about marketing and app growth
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
