Job Description
We’re Hiring: Spare Parts & Inventory Officer (EV Segment)
Location: Jorpati, Kathmandu
Department: Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record spare parts in ERP/NAV system.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and stock arrangement.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely reorders.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and prepare monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with technicians/service team for parts availability.
- Liaise with suppliers for orders, replacements, and returns.
- Maintain documentation (GRN, dispatch, returns, adjustments).
- Support inventory audits and ensure safety/compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in spare parts, inventory, warehouse, or store management (Automobile/EV industry preferred)
- Experience working with ERP/NAV system will be a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of inventory documentation (GRN, dispatch, returns, stock adjustments) and reporting procedures
