Dogma Group is looking for a motivated and curious AI Trainee to join our growing innovation and AI practice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to gain hands-on experience with real-world projects involving Agentic AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and modern machine learning approaches.
Over 6 months, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to exploratory AI initiatives, support model development, and learn from experienced AI engineers and product leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and evaluation of AI/ML models across various use cases.
- Contribute to projects involving agentic AI frameworks, computer vision pipelines, and NLP-based solutions.
- Work with datasets: cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and annotation as required.
- Assist in running model training, experimentation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with senior team members to build prototypes and PoCs for internal and client projects.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing, documentation, and team discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of foundational AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, optimization, evaluation metrics, and model architectures.
- Good grasp of statistical concepts relevant to AI/ML such as probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, bias-variance tradeoff, etc.
- Basic understanding of core data concepts including data processing, pipelines, feature engineering, and dataset management.
- Demonstrated interest in at least one of the following domains:
- Agentic AI (AI agents, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems)
- Computer Vision (image processing, detection, classification)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP) (text classification, embeddings, LLMs)
- Hands-on experience completing at least two AI-related projects (personal, academic, or work-based).
- Familiarity with Python and common ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- A strong learning mindset, ability to collaborate in a team, and enthusiasm for exploring new AI technologies.
