Job Description
A reputed ISP company is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals
- Drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor branch financial performance, expenses, and reporting
- Coordinate with head office on operations, marketing, and technical matters
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role (telecom or service industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales and operational targets
- Good knowledge of customer service management
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
