We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and high-energy Business Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our clients’ visions and the flawless execution of our services. You aren’t just a point of contact; you are a strategist, a project manager, and a brand ambassador.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deep-dive into client requirements and briefs to fully understand their objectives and brand identity.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to win new business or expand existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison, ensuring constant, professional communication and high levels of client satisfaction in day to day communications.
  • Manage inbound and outbound professional correspondence with poise and clarity.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee the overall coordination of events, ensuring all logistical moving parts are synchronized.
  • Provide hands-on support during event execution to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 1+ years in marketing industry
  • Experience in event management (Industry level/College level)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
