Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Pokhara. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing relationships with customers, and executing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, conducting sales operations, ensuring distribution goals are met, and collaborating with channel partners to maximize product reach. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to improve services and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and generate new sales leads in assigned territories.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the market.

  • Coordinate with channel partners to maximize product reach and visibility.

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth operations.
     

Job Specification
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to foster relationships and address client needs effectively.

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and execute sales processes efficiently.

  • Knowledge of Channel Sales to manage partnerships and improve product distribution networks.

  • Proficiency in sales planning and the ability to meet targets in a structured and timely manner.

  • Proven record of working effectively in a team environment and strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience in the dairy or FMCG industry is advantageous.
