Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can lead our growth strategy by aligning revenue goals with long-term vision, brings a strong understanding of the education industry, and effectively manage strategic partnerships to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive overall business growth strategy aligned with company vision.
- Identify, structure, and scale new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Ensure growth initiatives are financially viable through cost vs revenue and unit economics analysis.
- Design and oversee sales systems to ensure consistent and sustainable revenue generation.
- Lead revenue planning, target setting, performance tracking, and gap closure.
- Ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives through effective lead generation and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain institutional partnerships to improve student enrollment outcomes.
- Contribute to effective student counselling strategies and improve conversion.
- Ensure ethical practices, service quality, and long-term trust.
- Manage institutional and strategic partnerships, including negotiation and long-term alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure retention and long-term collaboration.
- Lead and manage team performance by defining roles, setting clear expectations, and ensuring accountability.
- Build and develop team capability through mentoring and coaching.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Education, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of the education sector and student Guidance.
- Experience in business development, sales, or growth roles.
- Experience in counselling students or designing counselling strategies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
- Ability to align multiple teams and drive execution.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Working Hours:
- 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible)
