Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage HoReCa key accounts: onboarding, listing, pricing, promotions, and relationship management.
2. Drive institutional sales pipeline: prospecting, meetings, proposals, sampling/tasting, and closures.
3. Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, credit, contracts) and ensure margin targets.
4. Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse for timely fulfillment and OTIF delivery.
5. Ensure collection discipline and credit control in coordination with finance.
6. Maintain account plans, monthly targets, forecasting, and weekly reporting dashboards.
7. Track competitor activity and recommend actions for product, pricing, and placements.
8. Support marketing/brand activations relevant to HoReCa (tastings, chef connects, institutional campaigns).
Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in management/ business/ marketing or related field.
2. 5 to 8 years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Agri-products’ sales & execution.
3. Knowledge of HoReCa channel strategy, key account management, institutional sales.
4. Knowledge of sales forecasting, pricing, margin & collection management.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), CRM usage.
6. Data analysis & reporting skills.
7. Knowledge of ERP/SO processing.
8. Good understanding of FMCG / Food & Beverage / Agri-products’ sales.
9. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
11. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
12. Ability to work independently and within a team.
13. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
14. Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
15. Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
