Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning
- Assist in planning brand launches, corporate events, Activations and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare event timelines, execution plans, and coordination checklists.
Execution Management
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, creative, and client servicing.
- Manage on-ground event execution ensuring all deliverables are implemented smoothly.
Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with vendors for stage setup, branding materials, event production, logistics, and technical support.
- Ensure timely delivery of all production elements.
Activation Management
- Manage mall activations, college activations, roadshows, and experiential marketing activities.
- Supervise promoters, brand ambassadors, and event staff.
Budget & Logistics
- Support the Production Head in managing event budgets, vendor quotations, and cost control.
- Coordinate venue logistics, permissions, and equipment arrangements.
Post Event Reporting
- Compile event reports including execution highlights, audience engagement, and feedback.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in event management or advertising agencies
- Experience handling brand activations, launches, and promotional events
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel and work during event schedules
