Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Lalitpur District. As a Sales Assistant, you will handle software sales & support activities by managing customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales strategies. Duties include assisting customers, managing sales documentation, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. You will also provide administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication and ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent Organization skills for handling documentation and multitasking
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of cooperative or ERP software is a plus
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is an advantage
