Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong relationship management skills to enhance both dine-in and delivery business.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Identify and develop new business opportunities including corporate partnerships, events, and bulk orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive group bookings, private dining, and event sales across all outlets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and networking.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store, and partnerships).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and promotional materials.
- Manage brand visibility across online and offline channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Coordinate with influencers, media, and partners for brand collaborations.
- Oversee social media platforms, ensuring regular, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Track performance of campaigns using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage online listings, delivery platforms, and customer engagement channels.
- Conceptualize and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special activations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with restaurant marketing or hospitality brands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics.
- Network within corporate and event communities in Kathmandu.
