Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations and Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative and results driven professional with a proactive mindset. This role focuses primarily on building and optimizing HubSpot systems and workflows, followed by data research and marketing execution. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, generating insights, and supporting growth initiatives across digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot systems, automations, pipelines, and workflows to support marketing, lead management, and operational efficiency
- Own and improve data flow, segmentation, reporting, and process automation within HubSpot
- Conduct data research, market research, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, customer behavior, and strategic insights
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns including newsletters, drip sequences, and automation workflows
- Drive and manage LinkedIn marketing initiatives, particularly for lead generation and outreach using tools like Sales Navigator, Dripify, and other automation platforms
- Support content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging
- Coordinate and track the performance of paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and update the company’s website and HubSpot systems
- Take initiative to identify gaps, propose improvements, and execute projects independently without constant oversight
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience
One to three years in marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role. Must have hands on experience with:
- HubSpot including building systems, workflows, automations, pipelines, lists, and reporting
- Data research and market analysis with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
- LinkedIn marketing and outreach tools such as Sales Navigator
- Email marketing tools and campaign automation platforms
- Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Suite
- Social media platforms, SEO best practices, and content strategy
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing
- Knowledge of paid advertising and search engine marketing
- Experience with video marketing, branded content campaigns
