Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a creative and confident Social Media Officer who is passionate about content creation and comfortable in front of the camera. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in digital marketing while gaining hands-on experience in client handling and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Schedule, post, and monitor content regularly
Track performance and improve engagement

Content Creation

Create engaging reels, videos, and posts
Be confident and presentable on camera
Write captions, scripts, and creative hooks

Content Planning & Strategy

Assist in planning monthly content calendars
Follow trends and adapt them for brands
Support campaign execution

Client Handling

Communicate with clients professionally
Understand client needs and expectations
Present ideas and handle feedback

Requirements

Fresher or entry-level candidate with strong interest in digital marketing
Camera-friendly and confident speaker
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of social media platforms

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Basic level video editing
Knowledge of trends and content formats
