Job Description

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content, executing campaigns, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance to strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website listings, landing page content, and product/service updates to ensure accuracy, freshness, and SEO alignment.
  • Write, edit, and publish blogs, articles, website copy, and campaign content to support brand visibility and organic growth.
  • Oversee content management across the website CMS, ensuring pages, blogs, banners, and media assets are updated regularly.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • Create engaging captions, post copies, campaign ideas, and content calendars.
  • Coordinate with the design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality creatives.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned tone.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
  • Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR for employer branding initiatives for culture, hiring, and internal data management when required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to trends and audience behavior.

  • Basic design sense and ability to guide creative briefs.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments.
